UNIQUE HERITAGE MEDIA announces the acquisition of Pili Pop Labs, the educational technology startup specializing in language learning for children

UNIQUE HERITAGE MEDIA announces the acquisition of Pili Pop Labs, the leader in language learning for children on mobile devices. With this acquisition, the media group dedicated to youth aims to offer children the best of print and digital materials, to become a reference in language learning. The acquisition of Pili Pop Labs, the third company to join UNIQUE HERITAGE MEDIA after Fleurus Presse and Quelle Histoire, attests to the digital innovation strategy of the group and contributes to its international development.

Founded in 2012, the French start-up Pili Pop Labs has already convinced more than 600,000 users with an innovative method based on listening and oral language practice. Its two language learning applications, Pili Pop English and Pili Pop Español, use a unique voice recognition engine that analyzes the pronunciation of children to help them improve.

The integration of Pili Pop Labs in the UNIQUE HERITAGE MEDIA group is an opportunity for significant collaboration between the various companies of the group in order to achieve a common goal: to offer children the best possible entertainment and learning environment and to provide quality content that parents can trust. Pili Pop Labs will now be able to accelerate its development by taking advantage of the expertise and investment power of the group, including proposing new language learning products for younger children (3-6 years old) and older children (10-14 years old) as well as augmented English learning books.
